Course Description

This course delves into the pivotal role of leadership, organizational science, policy, and informatics in fostering safe, high-quality, and cost-effective patient care within dynamic healthcare environments. Students explore organizational relationships, preparing to contribute to the design of innovative care models and proposals for practice change.
